After booking your appointment, Traditional Pilots Services, LLC. will send you a drone photography agreement to docusign ahead of the appointment. The agreement includes some of the commonly asked questions below in addition to other standard customer agreement practices. This agreement protects both the client and the photographer.
The Client may cancel or reschedule the session by providing at least 7 days' notice without penalty.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice will result in forfeiture of 25% of the project fee.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergency, both parties will work together to reschedule the session at no additional cost, subject to availability.
The Client has the right to use the images/videos for personal and commercial purposes. The Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images/videos and may use them for promotional purposes.
The Photographer is not responsible for any harm or losses unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct. The client releases the Photographer from any claims unless caused by intentional wrongdoing or recklessness. Safety is a priority, and any accidents will be handled promptly by the Photographer.
After the session, the Photographer will provide the Client with a selection of edited images to choose from.
The Client may purchase additional images or prints beyond the agreed-upon package for an additional fee. Pricing for additional purchases will be provided upon request.
Traditional Pilot Services will send the client a checklist to ensure your subject property is ready for its photoshoot! This includes general housekeeping items to have your property looking its best.
